A quick tip when asking for an appraisal: state the exacts! [stag night ideas] gets 720/high competition so I would say there is some value there - IMO mid-late XX, maybe early XXX to someone in the niche.

Easterbreaks receives a respectable 3k so the best bet would be to develop and list, well, places to go for an easter break! Value I would say early XXX.
