Wanted: Domain Appraisal stagweekend dot xxx

I'm not usually into other tld's but I saw stagweekend.xxx was ftr and thought I'd grab it.

Any thoughts on a value for it? The market is huge and in my mind it's a nice brandable for a naughty stag weekends type effort. Could be worth trying to flip to stag websites, what do you think?

It fits the extension very nicely but I don't know of many .xxx sales to compare against other than the super premiums:

Toys.xxx $125,000
Movies.xxx $90,000
FootFetish.xxx $89,000

I'm guessing you'll have problems flipping to a fellow domainer because they are so new and untested. I'd definitely be typing "adult stag weekends", etc into Google and sending a few emails out. Either that or develop - sounds like a fun niche!

Unless she booked hers through henweekenddot XXX

I think this one needs to be dev'd and earning a regular income before you could get a sale of it, then sell for 18 x monthly revenue.

Well if you're silly enough to tell your missus where you booked your stag.....and let's be honest, you're unlikely to be going to Prague for the museums!

I think would appeal to the FHM/Loaded generation, can see an ad in their back pages with this domain, it's nice and memorable.

Could require development, or could be worth a punt around the stag sites to see if they want to develop an offshoot. Will fire a few emails out this weekend and see how the land lies, will keep y'all posted and appreciate your thoughts....

I'm not experienced in stag dos - have never actually been to/organised one. I would have though though the best man or whoever would plan it all? In which case the xxx wouldn't matter. Correct me if Im wrong!
