I have a 500 pound offer on this domain - its a standing offer, but I'm sure its got an expiration sometime.

I haven't sold because I think this is a growing industry, and I think he's a reseller where I think an actual end user might pay a lot more (a standing offer must be the sign of a reseller - he's not in a rush, or he actually knows its growing in value. I would assume an end user would not agree to wait).

Thoughts?

500 quid for a hyphenated name? take it and run IMO

That's what I would have thought - but this is my third offer, all between 330-500. I am certainly pleasantly surprised - maybe the hyphen works in this case or the name overcomes it? Its one of the only hyphens I have in a rather large portfolio - I generally don't like them either.

Thanks for the quick reply!

Nano technology is a bit of buzz word/area at the moment.
These come and go quite quickly so I would think about selling it before technology develops and nano becomes pico.... but I'm by no means an expert!

Sell sell sell! That's a lot of money for what is a distinctly average domain

Look at G:

"Nano Tech" vs "Nanotech"

468,000 vs 4,940,000

I may just sell...I'm still conflicted though because I think that nano could be a huge growth industry, or at least that's what my friends who trade stocks tell me. Got another offer earlier in the week - this one pretty low though.
