Staples Office massage chair

Im on my fourth chair since christmas each with a different fault has anyone else got one or their fifth and had problems with them or know of a forum site about this type of thing

Cardiff staples has said that this is the only one they have had back but thats wrong because i sent three back

Am I alone in thinking it can be a bit depressing buying an office chair? Anyway I finally took the plunge and bought a funky Aeron a couple of weeks ago, it's brilliantly comfortable and backache has vanished so no regrets there

I have got an Aeron Miller, it's OK but overrated IMO
