    If possible, no spoilers please?

(I'm assuming some Acorners reading this will be going to midnight screenings)

Only ever seen the first Star Wars movie when I was a kid.

Now thinking of watching the others, but not sure of the right order to watch them in.

I see they have Episode numbers with what I think of Star Wars 1 as Episode 4. Should I watch them Episodes 1-6 or 4-6 and then 1-3?

I saw someone recommending the following order:
    4, 5, 2, 3, 6

So you start with Star Wars, progress the story in Empire Strikes Back, then get Darth Vader's back story (without the unwatchable Phantom Menace which adds nothing) and finish on Return of the Jedi.

That seemed to make a lot of sense if you have any interest in the newer ones - otherwise just watch 4, 5, 6 and pretend they were never made...

The new 7 would logically be last in any sequence, of course.

as much as i loved the original films (yes, all 6 - 7 if you include the classy Christmas Special), i am not interested in this as they have not brought back the most important original character from the originals.

without Lando, everyone would be dead. Billy Dee Williams is alive, well and in better shape than that actor who played the nancy farmboy who pretended to be an orphan, presumably to score imperial benefits.

How do you rate the film Edwin? I am a big fan of the original one's not keen on the new old ones.

I'd definitely watch it again. I wouldn't even watch 30s of the prequels a second time. 'nuff said :)

Saw the first show, theatre crowd was totally different from what it normally looks like, it was all geeks and nerds. Movie was good, it turned out to be better than what I initially expected, but it could not make me go in woooah mode.

Over all good, it has already broken all previous box office records, I would give it 6.5/10

Was planning to watch it tonight.
Think I'll go for a drink instead & wait for the DVD. :(
That's my excuse & I'm sticking to it.
