Number 2 would be my choice in isolation, but you should consider the wider picture of the neighborhood/street as well. You want it to have a cohesive design language and not stand out in a negative way.

Using coloured windows *may* go out of style sooner rather than later, that's my only concern with #2, looks very nice though Philip - thought you were a teacher ;-)

You can always paint windows if a colour goes out of fashion. Personally, I really like the green.
