OK, UK exacts are low but I imagine there is good money to be made in finance, I own smallinvestment#co#uk and largeinvestmnet#co#uk but can't sell them, not on here anyway

Wow, please point me in the direction of finance domains with 4,400 exact match searches available for £2.99, I'll fill my boots!

In that case 4k to 5k UK exacts I would say having this at number 1 would be very good, I bet you would get £100 per activated ISA account.
If you get it to number 1 on Google and get just 1 sign up per month that would be around £1200 per year and you could sell for 18 months revenue so it would then be worth maybe £3000
Now I have realised the true UK exacts I actually quite like your domain 8)
