Nice for him. In my opinion I feel the sale price could have gone quite a bit higher given I believe it was obvious who the buyer likely was *and* given the type of buyer it is. However I am not privy to the dealings and so my statements are without the benefit of knowing the negotiations that took place.

I been in similar situations (sure did you Invincible) and decision are not so simple. Tha fact is that the buyer pool is probably limited, and if that buyer decides it’s too much – one can be sitting on domain for some time.
