Submit RSS?

Do any of you bother to submit your RSS feed anywhere? I notice that there are a great many RSS directories and whatnot, but I assume that most of these are junk. Are there a few that actually are worth submitting to?

Well thanks khuram4u for sharing nice list with us, however, Feed Burner is one of favorite among them all. Anyway, have you been heard about Zimbio? You can also submit your rss feed there.
