A summary of the Scope consultation[url] has been published.

Minor quibble - it is written as if it was a consultation of members, it wasn't it was a public consultation. The summary includes quotes from responses by members and non-members and their consultations page states :
We welcome feedback on all of our consultations from all users of the Internet.

I think its important that Nominet consults more widely than just within its membership which is not representative of those with an interest in the Nominet performing its role effectively.

It is doing this, but I thought I'd mention this to try and ensure that it doesn't forget it's doing this.
