There is a shop in Leigh on Sea (where I live) called Tangerine - they sell pink fluffy things for little girls. I'm sure they'd love this domain, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't want to pay a grand for it.
 
I think I'll just sit on this domain, too many people interested, not enough offers. Smacks of people waiting.
 
Good strategy. If you don't HAVE to sell, then don't. The market is starting to catch up, what with some of the good positive press recently.
 
I know that shop in Leigh on Sea very well, Im pretty sure they wouldnt pay up either :-)
