Targeted Keywords for Homepage

This is quite tricky. For example the targeted keywords of my website are website design, website development and web programming. Now I have created three sub pages keeping in mind of the keywords. Now what am I to do with the home page? Should I use different keywords for the homepage or should I use all these keywords in the home page?
