Ok so I like zencart.com.
I would like a price to organise hosting, setup the hosting, create a site like http://www.bistrodirect.co.uk/ with the same colours etc. I can then log-in and upload products. I will give you the text required e.g. about us, contact us details etc. Then I need a handover, e.g. a document explaining how to administer the site etc...
