I have a professionally developed website for sale at http://www.texasholdempokeronline.co.uk

According to Overture this keyword phrase is searched over 500 times per month (add Google in to that and you are looking at near 1,500 or more)

The website design is bespoke built. It is not a template design and includes search engine optimised pages targeting overture phrases of 500 searches or more.

Great opportunity to take this much further considering usual affiliate payouts from poker related advertising can be as much as £50 per referal (source Tradedoubler)

I have a ridicuously low reserve of £350 and a BIN of £750

Sorry Dean but what is so "bespoke" about this design? You say it's not a template...Well it looks like a template but if you say it's not?

It also has 14 w3 web standard HTML errors.

The 'bespoke' part of the design is relating to the SEO and the design to fit traditional affiliate advertising banner sizes (or at least for the targeted advertisers) also anything not templated is bespoke - to suit a set of needs.

I know it's not a template because I built the site from scratch myself. Obviously I know you can only take my word for this but please let me know if you find an exact copy - because then I can sue

Agree about the W3 coding aspect. My haste I'm afraid. Now wittled down to just three errors (two relating to the javascript of the affilitates) but bearing in mind Ebay has 178 errors I'm not doing too bad

Just four signups would bring back a return on investment (just two signups if you changed the affiliate for a £100 / $200 sign up account)
