The REAL Problem with Acorn

It isnt full of chancers.

I havent been domaining long - new member to Acorn, but an "oldie" on online marketing.

When I see something for sale, I offer a decent price, OR specify why I am lowballing - so far I have had ONE sarcastic remark, and that was fair placed AND I ended up buying the sites anyway. I got red repped once, the guy DM to apologise AND someone else stuck up for me.

I have now (in less than 2 months!) made good contacts, sold some of my inventory, and seriously added to sites that are making me money - bought some decent domains. Someone gave me a site free even (hi fagend :p)

So the real problem is Acorn is that its a friendly place so far. And if you want to leave, dont let the proverbial door... um well slam you in the rear...

^^ Echo what he said :) Although it doesn't entirely apply to me verbatim, I find acorn to be a friendly place, full of professional people who are happy to offer advice and help.

It's not full of chancers, but there are a few! But I agree tafuta, I've not been here long and I've learnt a lot in that time. Most people are very helpful
