Jeremy Clarkson has claimed that his Top Gear co-star The Stig will finally be unmasked in tonight's episode.

Didn't this get leaked a few years ago. He's a former UK racing driver from London who drove at Le Mans.

The stig has been revealed a few times in the past as Ben Collins, as his name cropped up on the official accident report when Richard Hammond had that near fatal car crash.

I suppose we will have to wait and see tonight

That's what i heard, apparently there are 3-4 different people.

On that page it says there been rumors of 4 different drivers. Including the ones mentioned above.

There was just one in the beginning but he thought he had the rights to being the stig and started making money on the side appearing at events, the BBC went mental.

So they sacked him and to make sure it couldn't happen again there is definitely more than one. Which is surprising that they would unveil someone.

Personally I think it's a publicity stunt and there will be some crap twist to it that leaves everyone feel like they have been conned.

Top gear is too stage managed now and they try acting that it isn't, which is even worse.

The car shown beforehand was the Ferrari one they keep so it was probably his own car, he turns up to drive that one... when hes there oh what a jape etc
