Buyers Premium: In addition to the sum tendered the Buyer will pay a buyer's premium of 10% on the tender price plus VAT (11.75% inc.). The premium is not negotiable and will be charged to all Buyers, the proceeds of which will be passed on to the Vendor client to defray the costs of sale

Sold for £2585 including fees and VAT by the looks of it. Was a tough one to value in my opinion, although a good deal both ways for a rare domain.
