Got my eye on a couple of nice .info domains that are aged well. I don't own any of these currently (I did sell one years ago which was my last).

Anyhow, they seem to have a better reputation than in times past (e.g. spammy), so I'm wondering if it's worth taking a punt on a couple. They won't be for resale, but for development.

Thoughts welcome! :)

With suitable terms they still hold some leverage imo. A few get on the DNJ sales reports

Ive only ever developed one .info site which i sold some time ago, but at its peak i had it on page one of google for a few competetive terms. Ive just checked now and its still on page two of google for "how to get a six pack" which is quite a competetive term. (the domain is 6pack.info)

Search dad (dad.info is ranked quite high on page one).

I've just started developing one myself though it's my first one so bit of an experiment, I like the sound of them where the subject matter suits the extension (ie where you're doing an informational type site)

Namecheap have them at £2.49 per year at the mo if anyone's looking for FTR

I quite like .infos, and recently bought two for low xx: Fennel//info and CellPhoneCases//info.

I haven't developed in ages, but giving CellPhoneCases a thought.

I find non .uk extensions harder to rank, so if it was me i'd have to really want it and be prepared to give it plenty of work.
