Ok its no beauty queen but its my first serious go at a mini affiliate site so would apreciate any feed back:

Quick thoughts from me:

- AdSense could be within body text for better click through rate.

- I don't like the green writing of the title, needs to be higher contrast.

- An arrow graphic next to the Amazon store link would help with conversion, see comedy DVDs for example. (Although nowadays I would put the arrow first.)

- I like the fact you've used an Amazon store.

- These thumb supports are pretty cheap so I hope there's enough volume in it to make it worth your while. Maybe there are other higher value products you could sell alongside them?
