Ive got the chance to get hold of a domain very similar domain to that of london-dungeon.com but am wondering whether I am likely to get in trouble if I sell London Dungeon tickets on the site. If it was something like sony-playstation.com I wouldn't even risk it but. What do you think?

Both trademarks you mention are just as risky and I would avoid purchasing any such domains.

Taking the example of tickets, they can be bought from the official website and I imagine they wouldn't be too impressed to see someone getting commission on sales which should have been direct.

I agree, it is a great domain, just a shame about the TM issue :(
