It's low value stuff, but the sort of stuff where if a kid likes one item, parents may suggest family/friends buy more from the range for Christmas, birthdays etc.
So targeting young girls would make sense, as there's a chance of search traffic to "totally me" for that niche. Probably best to link to other shiny plastic tat too, rather than just affiliate links to TM stuff, so the name is more of a coincidence than a passing off.
