Quick heads up for anyone hunting our expiring .uk and .co.uk inventory.

I've just rolled out a major refresh of the auction system on https://transcom.net/auctions. Currently around 190 live auctions across .co.uk, .uk, .com and a few others

Inventory comes from our own dropcatching engine at https://transcom.uk — also publicly accessible if anyone wants to use it directly to chase specific drops rather than wait for them to surface in auctions.

What's new on the auction side:

  • No-reserve listings — clearly marked with a green badge. No minimum, market sets the price.
  • RSS feedhttps://transcom.net/auctions.rss — Feedly, Inoreader, whatever you use. TTL 60 mins. Subscribe once and new listings come to you.
  • Search across views — the search bar now filters Cards, List AND Auction views, not just the BIN listings.
  • Microsoft Store app — also now available as a desktop app: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9n0kz1j0mrt7
If you spot something priced wrong (low or high) drop me a message — open to negotiation, BIN offers welcome outside the auction process.

Cheers Bill

Also, as you are an Acorn moderator - would you like to have API access to https://www.dnforum.com/sld so you could display in how many extensions a domain name (exact keyword before the tld) is registered? :)
