transfer forms, suggestion

As I am just going through a transfer form, and I know Nominet may reda this, perhaps I might make a suggestion to make the form easier to complete, physically.

1. There appears no place on Page 1 (current registrant) to put the County.
2. It does not make clear whether you are expected to complete the current
registrants address even if the address on the form is correct ,it only
mentions "correct registrant name" leaving one guessing as to whether to
complete section 2.
3. Unless the writer and reader use a microscope, perhaps it might be nice
to have slightly larger boxes on the payment form where you have to write
the credit card details in mininscule,sometimes therefore unreadable,
writing.

The checklist does confirm that you need to complete section 2 even if section 1 is correct. Why??

But if the current registrants name and address as put on the top left of the form is correct why should have to enter it again ?. Why not just put "If either current registrants name or address as detailed above is incorrect please put correct details in section 1 and/or 2" ??.

I took an executive decision and passed on your suggestions to Nominet. Apparently they are now with the Operations Director.
