Trying to get in to ePN (eBay Partner Network)?

I know that some people find it really hard to get accpeted in to the ePN (eBay Partner Network), so I've decided to write about a way that you can start promoting eBay products within a day or so

Might help someone out instead of applying all the time and getting rejected even when you have a decent site
