Wanted: Domain Appraisal turism.co.uk, is it worth £ 50?

Hello,
this is the first time I am posting a .co.uk domain for appraisal

The reason for posting turism.co.uk is that someone contacted me directly thru email correspondence asking me to sell him this domain for just £ 50, in my opinion it may be a bit too low, what is the oppinion of the community about this?
The person who contacted me did not ask for an appraisal, as it is commonly known that when such an email arrives into my inbox to delete it :mrgreen:
May I sell this typo domain for just £ 50 or is it worth more than that amount?

There's a lot (37 Mill) of Google search results for 'turism' - is it a Romanian word I think too?

I would certainly say push for more,

not only is it a spelling mistake of tourism it can also be put in if accidently leaving out the o.
