There have been lots of blogs selling lately, so perhaps it's not surprising that someone made an offer for the domain. I can see it being worth a fortune to the likes of MSN/Yahoo/eBay.

It will also be one of the top .org sales....

Nice story and seems like a nice guy that will make a bit of cash. I wonder what it will go for in the end - at 51k now.

It seems the LSE know more about domain prices than UCL - one to remember :)

This is something that crossed my mind too after recent sales.
