Just want to know if a .uk has been dropped can it be caught or is it still only the .co.uk owner have the rights to catch?

If a .uk has been registered then dropped it is available for anyone to reg

Come June next year each the rights of registration is closed and they will all be available for registration if the original co.uk owner has not taken them up on the offer.
