ive just tried to renew some expired domains i had in a godaddy account but they are charging £63 redemption period, i was under the impression this wasnt allowed under nominet terms, is this still the case?

This shouldnt be the case just login to nominet and do a tag change and renew them with another registrar

Thanks wizard, that is what i did, just wanted to check that nominet hadnt changed the rules or wither godaddy where at it, all sorted now,

I think you'll find that the registrar can charge what they want, Nominet only charge the registrar for the wholesale domain price, but the registrar is free to define their own charge structure with the registrant.
