Started a post a while back, but doesn’t seem to let me edit; I didn’t ever get around to starting a new site

I’m looking for UK sites with organic traffic.

· No spammy looking or hyphenated domain names

· Evergreen niches only

· Some links (no PBNs etc) and organic traffic

· Some age (1yr+)

Budget: Very low £x,xxx

I’m open to niches, my current site is about as boring as it gets! But, needs to be something I can build a tidy CPM out of, and would always prefer hobby type niches.
