- Budget is flexible, looking for reseller prices unless you have something amazing.

- Not interested in counties, regions, abbreviations or anything that doesn't match the exact town/city names e.g. non-hyphenated when the correct name is.

Im not a broker or anything but i have tried to buy a town from a guy who owns the 'woodlands' . co . uk site, he mentioned they have a few town domains perhaps worth an ask?

Yes, there were are ton of what looked like Scottish towns dropped recently. Hundreds over a couple of days as I remember.
