Updating links

If you have multiple pages with repeat links eg affiliate links is there anyway of changing them all or tracking them all without going through each page one by one. I am thinking some sort of scan then you don't miss some. Any suggestions ?

It's easiest if you use a PHP redirection script, you then have all your links in the one file, for an explanation see:
