Hi guys,

What is everyones experience of ranking websites with hyphens and extensions.

For instance if given a choice between a .me.uk or a .org or .info for a predominantly UK based website what would you target?

Thanks

Jon

I'd go with .org, then .info, then .me.uk (no real reasoning behind it, I just don't like the .me extension).

However, if you're developing the site itself, instead of buying for resale on the domain name... Shouldn't the website ranking be based mainly on the content/seo of the website itself? The extension, although it may make a small difference, if you have good quality content, it shouldn't matter?
