Hi I have a keyword domain in mind that I want to develop but the normal .co.uk is taken, but I can get it in a .org.uk, or if I put a hyphen in it I can get the .co.uk, my question is, which is better? ie in value and to get it to rank better and whcih would customers trust more?

I guess you are comparing the co.uk and .org.uk. In my opinion if your website is related to organization or a group then you must go with .org and if the website is just a selling or content website then .co.uk is better.

As far as the SEO is concerned then both of these domains will be rated same as you know .edu and .gov domains make the difference but this is not valid in you case.

I suggest you put the two domains here so it is easy for us to decide which is better. And maybe others can help you finding another domain with co.uk extension.

Personally I'd go for the .org.uk for ranking in Search engines and use the hyphenated .co.uk for more trust with the customers.
