When using google's keyword tool and i'm looking at the average CPC for certain keywords E.g "visit London" = £0.75

Am i correct in thinking that if I had google ads on my page and targetted these keywords then if someone did click a google ad then I get my % of that £0.75 (Depending on whether i use a parking company or I do it myself of copurse)

So am i right in first using this method to 'assess' what i may get and also is it maybe more worthwhile targetting ads that pay alot more. Maybe less clicks but more valuable!?

Google keyword tool is at times PANTS, as a 'rough' guide to 'possible' search volume it is some indicator!!! The cpc will not give you an indication at all of possible adsense revenue!
