How long does it normally take to verify domains tried to add some a few days ago and it is still saying verifying

Not SedoPro so dont believe I have a account manager.

Tried asking a question off the website and get a response this morning saying that my question had gone to the Quality Management team have also sent emails.

So this is day 3 of trying to get 6 domains verified
