As you obviously don't rate anyone's feedback, mine included, why are you bothering to post at all in the appraisal section?

It also appears from your patronising and pompous, 'troll-like' tone in this post and many other recent posts you have scribbled, that you see yourself as being far superior and knowledgeable in comparison to many other members on this forum, many of whom clearly have much more experience than you. In which case the one person only qualified enough to answer your questions is yourself.
