Well done, not had a proper look at the results as I've been making chocolates for the last few days.

Perhaps when you get settled into the new job you can ask questions about succession. Why do we need to re-appoint people who's term has expired? Surely it is common place to look in advance at the end of term date and plan for what happens at this time?

That's 2/4 member elected NEDs from a non "big registrar" background, contrary to what some people think or thought was possible.
Aside from anything else, I hope it encourages more people to come out and vote because your votes do count!

Not to take anything away from David (really!) but I imagine part of his success was due to the large number of candidates, which meant the vote was split widely. Had there been say 3 candidates (2 "establishment", 1 outsider) the outcome could have been very different. As things stood, it looks like a large number of small-medium tagholders voted for David and there not enough large block votes went to other candidates to lock him out.

But hey, that's all speculation. It's the result that matters...
