First of all, I hope you can make a good sale on these.
However, for me, I can't see that a big sale would be easy. Maybe Virtual Reality gifts will become a thing of the future. However, any company providing these is more likely to choose a unique brand name to get recognition in the marketplace. VRGifts might be a bit too generic to be a strong brand. I guess the domain might be strong enough to become a brand itself, with ad spend, but that is debatable. You just need one company to want it I guess.
That leaves your domain for the affiliates, and the market here is rather weak.
