I signed up for GoDaddy cash parking and I have to fill out one of these forms, "Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding".

this is the help form, I don't really understand most it

This is normally only required if you have a bank account in the US and aren't a naturalized citizen...

Tell them you are in the UK and don't have a US bank account (unless you do have one).
