Seriously though taking even 10% of 1,600 local exact for a web designer or web developer is a huge amount of business. Plus .com is just as brandable as a .co.uk in this country.

This has great end user potential, especially with the end user being in the field of web development, domain names, SEO e.t.c alot of the 'Website Design Companies' in Surrey will be competing for rankings for that keyword either in SEO or PPC as you can see when you put the 3 keywords 'Website Design Surrey' in google i can see a number of companies paying for clicks for the keyword.
