the offer was an opening offer based on traffic
20 visitors pd x 365 = 7300 x 1% advert click through @ 50p revenue per click = 73 clicks x 50p = £36.50
It would take 2 years for me to get my money back + hosting, domain renewal site updates.
So as I said it was an opening offer based on running Adsense you did not mention any lead gen revenue figures.
