Just been offered £2,000 for a domain I developed - websitevalue/co/uk

Has an Alexa rating of 76K and generates around 2,500 unique visitors a day.

Keep or sell?

Uniques are not bot....however income is very low, actually negligible.

Based on that, I would sell.

I don't see much value to the domain on its own.

If its not making £ and your not intending to develop it to do so. Why keep it... no brainier sell it get something better (well more marketable, natural revenue type)

Ive sold quite a few this year but turned down many offers as well
