Never been a fan of penguins, more so since Google stole their name.

On a black background (as presented) it is punchy but not very 'clever' for an owl - too basic imo.

I'd possibly try it with the beak moved down a fraction, so it's easier to see the dot on the i.

thanks all, the main point is that its punchy and memorable beyond anything else - it does need some tweaking though

If it's meant to come as the start of a word/phrase beginning with "i" then I think it's very effective. If it's going to be paired with something else entirely, then I think the "i"ness of the middle part is a bit too distracting.
