What do you use to backup/save your files?

Hi Guys, looking for suggestions on the best solution for backing up my computer. Ideally would like something that automatically syncs at regular intervals. I am on a windows PC.

Dropbox.com is pretty good - has an iPhone app too which is convenient.

Lots of options!
You need to decide where you want to back up to, how often, how you want to restore (bare metal so os etc or just files etc), how far you want to go back, do you want the data encrypted, backed up off site (and protected from flood, fire, accident and theft), to multiple locations, sla and many other things!
