What is the best time to start a Sedo auction?

Someone has made a low offer on one of my domains at sedo.

One option is for me to trigger a Sedo 5 day auction. If I decide to start an auction when should I start it ? What days are the best? I'm in the UK but I would like it to finish on an early evening in the US, say 8 - 10pm.

If you start an auction it will end in 7 days from the date/time the bid was made.

So if you start it 4 days after the bid was made the auction will run for only 3 days

Yes, that's absolutely correct.
So, you can't do anything about the time.
All you can do is, if you're going to start an auction at all, make the decision as soon as possible so the auction runs for as long as possible.

Sedo actually say that on the auction page but I must have missed it.
