I got a domaining.com email today and on it was an offer to buy mph.cab for $200,000

Crazy.

I just don't understand how somebody got to that value.

MPH is Miles Per Hour generally, so I'd assume its brandable as Fast Cabs type idea.

Does that mean fast.cabs is worth more?
