Wanted: Domain Appraisal Whats a good price for a 3 letter.co.uk

Im looking at buying a couple of 3 letter .co.uk domains.
What in your opinion is a good price (no numbers or hyphens) and the letters seem pretty good, so no xyz etc

Around £350-£400 for a general run of the mill random LLL reseller.

Obviously going up for end user or 3 letters that mean something.

Someone once said (it was on a .com forum, but I cant find it now), that you're not a real domainer untill you own a LLL. Kind of crass, but the sentiment was that they're the sought after nuggets, and it's getting harder to pick them up these days. Those with meaning, as GW referred to, must see the servers get a real hammering over at Nom Towers on drop days!

Was he selling them by any chance..? there nice but I have found there pretty hard to actaully make money from other than selling them with a few exceptions... try using something like acronyms.thefreedictionary. com or any of the many other out there rather than just buying any old lll combination?
