Which is the best affiliate web hosting program?

Recently, I have researched a lot for earning online, through that I have found that web hosting is one of the great option to earn money online. The first was to become a hosting reseller, but due to the lack of technical knowledge I won't be able to go for reselling. Second was to join the affiliate program, in the starting I thought it might need to pay some fees to become an affiliate, but after checking out some faq's online I got relaxed. Most of the affilate programs are free and offers a good commissions. As it does not requires any technical knowledge, hence I have decided to go for the affiliate programs.

Can anyone suggest me the best affiliate program that don't need you to be a customer?
