Who do you host with?

Can anyone recommend a uk based host with good support and uptime (not one of these resellers who you cant contact) I'm initially looking to host just 1 non db site but hopefully will want to host a few in future. I've looked thru' the posts but there doesn't seem to be a regular name appearing.

i have a reseller account so if anyone whats hosting for what ever (except sites that may mean i get booted out), stats or just email for their domains feel free to ask - the rest of the time i'll be uncontactable!

I'm more contactable than I want to be at times

All my emails go to my mobile when I'm out of the office. I was on holiday in May and was waiting for someone by myself and my hand went automatically to get my mobile out of my pocket to check my emails....

What's wrong with that you ask?

I host with me also but at £600 pa for 60mb, it aint cheap!

Ive use www.weycrest.co.uk - no complaints from me and quality support.

Ive got servers in UK and US.

Wouldnt recommend anyone, thats why I have my own.

I just started using these people, they respond quickly enough and the reseller package they did for me was amazing.......they also answered all my questions with regards future upgrades to their servers etc.

Oh and they do provide a free account as well that may well do everything you need it to do in the early stages. I tried one before I set up my reseller account with them and the free account was set up in a few hours, including free mysql database etc....I am running a full Joomla install on the free account. I have a server with Xilo who seem pretty cool.
Any small hosting company that have been around a while should do the job well though.
