Any domaineer will love this article but I think there's a bit more here in terms of how domains are marketed. Why not sell the message outlined in this article. Read not so long ago, Facebook have taken ownership of all images posted on Facebook and there's not a damn thing any of the Facebook disciples can do about it.

There's compelling arguments for general ownership of at least one domain on this basis alone.

Not everyone owns a computer yet, that hurdle would have to be breached.

Still amazed at how many business just set up a Facebook page for a web presence. No domain or website they have control over.

You don't need a computer to justify owning a domain name. You merely need internet access.
